How it works
Step 1
Prepare
Do not eat, drink, smoke, or brush teeth 30 minutes before collection.
Step 2
Collect saliva
Spit directly into the tube up to the indicated fill line (do not foam).
Step 3
Close tube
Close the tube immediately and label it with your information.
Step 4
Repeat if needed
Some tests require multiple collections at different times – follow the instructions.
Step 5
Send to lab
Place the tubes in the return envelope and mail within 24 hours.

For the most accurate saliva hormone values.
- Stick to collection times for accurate hormone levels
- Store samples cool (refrigerator) until shipping
- Mail preferably at the beginning of the week (not before weekend)
- Rinse your mouth with water if you have difficulty producing saliva
