At-home test
With the hair test kit, you can easily collect a hair sample at home for mineral and heavy metal analysis. Below you'll find what's in the kit, the steps for proper collection, and practical tips.
At-home collection instructions

Your collection kit
Your package contains everything needed for safe and clear collection.
Cut the hair from the scalp at the back of the head (just above the neck).
Collect about a tablespoon of hair (diameter of a pencil) and cut as close to the scalp as possible.
Tie the scalp end of the hair together with the included elastic band.
Place the hair in the collection sheet, fold closed, and place in the envelope.
After collection
Return your sample on the same working day whenever possible to preserve its quality. If your kit contains a medical return envelope, put it into the letter-mail bag or indoor letter box at a PostNL point yourself. Do not hand it over or request track and trace, as parcel processing can delay it by several days.
