- Gonorrhoea / Neisseria gonorrhoeae (PCR)
- Trichomonas vaginalis (PCR)
- Mycoplasma genitalium (PCR)
- HIV 1 and 2 (antigen/antibodies)
- Syphilis (antibodies)
- Syphilis confirmation (TPHA)

When can you test?
An STI may not yet be detectable shortly after exposure. The appropriate testing time differs by infection. If you have symptoms, are pregnant, use PrEP or PEP, had a very recent exposure or experienced sexual violence, contact your doctor or sexual health clinic.
Your result
You receive the laboratory result digitally. A positive or reactive result may require additional testing or treatment through a doctor or sexual health clinic.

How does this STI home test work from order to result?
First choose the appropriate test option. You then receive the matching collection materials and instructions at home. Collect the stated sample or samples, return everything to Medlab Stein and receive the laboratory result digitally.
Which test option is right for me?
Choose the option that matches your sex and the body site you want to test. The analyses may be the same, but the collection method and included materials differ.
What does the result of my chosen test option cover?
PCR results only apply to the body site from which you collected a sample. A urine or vaginal test therefore does not automatically test the throat or rectum. Blood analyses from an optional fingerstick are not limited to one body site.
How do I return the collection materials to the lab?
Use the included return envelope with free medical shipping. Drop it in the mailbox; the lab processes your shipment as soon as it arrives. For some tests it's important to send it the same day — the instructions make this clear.
What if I have questions or something doesn't work?
Feel free to contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone. We're happy to help you before, during or after your test. If the collection doesn't work, we'll arrange a solution or send new materials — no hassle.
